First, why off topic? More views, lol.
Second, wtf is Deal's Gap? www.dealsgap.com
Basically the Mecca of curvy roads. 318 curves in 11 miles. That is US 129 leaving NC into TN. Pretty much all roads approaching the gap are equally fun, as I quickly found out driving to our cabin.
It is far away from everything, no cell service where our cabin was, nearest 'town' is Robbinsville, NC which is like 40 minutes away. A town in which everything but 1 gas station is closed by 10 pm.
Intense driving, brake early and go full throttle in the turns. Watch out for bikes and cops. Don't cross the center line at any time.
I left my house 11 am Friday, and got there 5 pm via Clemson, SC. Then left the gap at like 2 pm Sunday and got home at like 9:30 pm, again via Clemson.
Now for the good shit.
Seriously? Spotted in SC
Broke my fucking lip on a curb trying to do a U-turn in Franklin, NC
At the cabin Sat morning
View down the hill:
My friend's 350z. He also has a 96-97 Accord
Gas station sightings at NC28
