Yeah, the picture is on the internet and therefore is fair game for anyone. The seller is stating that he has a lip like the one pictured. All the picture's of cars on parts website's are people's cars, do you think they found the owner of every car to ask permission?,.....No.

I've seen SlickDilJoe's car on a couple website for lip kits etc...
