Do you think its worth it?

This car is pretty clean....he's selling it without the wheels and I talked him down to $2500. According to kbb.con its worth $2600 in my area.

Do you think its worth $2500?

This is like a gem in a filed of mud....my local cg dont have quality cbs right now and I need a car.

    If it was manual, MAYBE.

    I'd pass on it Dean.
No need to "settle" for a car, just keep searching.

Well, may be I can get a nicer car for the price but not a nicer cb. There isnt alot of nice cbs for sale in Fl right now(on craigslist.com). I need something that needs no work or minor work because I dont have the time and resource right now. This seems like a clean slate. The guy wont budge from $2500.

I understand but these cars a little more pricing down here actually, you shouls see what $2000 gets you down here. All over the SW coast of Fl they sell cbs in worse condition than thsi for $3500 - $4500.

Come on tommy, you should believe in my skills, I can make any color look sexy. There is alot of sexy green cars on this site
Plus what i want is not available and i dont have the time to restore then build a cb. I need a clean platform to work with.

Every other cb got crazy high miles, messed up bodys/interior, rust, rebuilt title. This is the only one I've seen that i wouldnt mind owing.

Obviously I'm iffy on the price hence the thread

I think so which was kinda low but that was in NY and it needed some work. This car doesnt need any work as far as I know. I wanted ralphies car but couldnt buy it due to the location.

id look at cd5s. new chapter? still do a F22B. but id hold out for at least a manual. theres enough work i bet you want to do, not including a auto to manual swap.

it's a nice car homie, but i'd only pay 2k for it. Maybe it's just me 2500 ain't bad either but you can get a cb with less miles for 2500 here in my area. I saw a couple of cbs here that were for sale but i didn't stop because i didn't know you were looking for another one. TN is too far for you to drive huh lol??
