What are you BSing Mike? Carlos rode in the F22-t, and he's only going by the vid of the H22-t... The F22 is running well, whereas the H22 wasn't in the vid. He knows it's not a valid comparison, but it's good to know that the F22-t pulls hard.

300hp is the H22-t, and I said that. I was actually there that day. The F22-t is probably putting about 180 to the wheels, but the torque is better than the stock H22 when the turbo is spooled. Antoine is using a fairly small turbo, I think, so he probably has a nice quick spoolup too (one of the good things about the lesser-flowing F22 is that you can use a smaller turbo more effectively).

If everybody else thinks my car is fast then why do i still think its so slow lol? Anyways, tell Ivie we wish her the best from mere and I. Does she have a plan b? Cause we'd still love for you 2 to come up and visit sometime between the 20th-31st for the county fair. It usually takes about $40-60 to have a good night and we'll eat at home or somethin to save more money. Anyways, we wish u 2 the best and i'll post some pix of the day carlos and i met in person. Oh and samantha has a new man, one of the guys in mere's dsm club (she took it over and is now the head bitch in charge). So it'll be a triple date if you 2 can make it up. Best of luck again and keep fightin for that money

random updates: No luck on the clutch install this weekend. Couldn't find any shops to resurface the flywheel. Car weighed in at 3160 lbs...thats with the 70lb+ woofer setup, me, an extra clutch and flywheel in my back seat, tools, and 3/4 tank of gas. I'll probably have to order a new programmer. Impressed a 12sec dsm with my top end. Murdered Mere and a ZX2 coming home from the track (didn't race). Car still running good. You really need to learn how to chip ecu's...its a money maker. I keep getting stickied. And met a guy in St. Mary's, GA that is turboing his f22 with uber also. He's an electrical engineer and had an h22, h23, f22, d16, and a b18 sitting in his garage when i got there...dibs on the h23 upper plenum. Deever just called my turbo small.

And blazen_accord has already stated his f22-t was faster than his h22-t.

Who cares? There isn't one. Quit trying to start shit... especially in Carlos's thread! This thread is not the place, nor is cb7tuner.com.

Noone heres tryin to start shit the only reason why their are alot of turbo f's because they lookin for low-buget shit bro comon now you know the deal. Aint no f series which is a good motor fuckin with the h with them being both built point blank. you must like riding in everyone elses car you have yet to still drive a turboed h. When your lookin for some more speed than a f you can come to NY and find out the real deal until then.

that would be good for someone who likes constant track racing or wants to put the cb7 in a track course.. but for daily driving..the H tranny is a lil harsh on the F motor.. even in 5th

id do it to a 2.0L... if u wanted that... An F none the less.. hehe...

f20a dohc.. or sohc.. either or.... nicely stroked for high revving.. although high revving isnt needed on turbo appls...

regardless of sparkles godlyness for his H22-T..

im an FSAE all the way

thats one thing i gotta say wikked and the rest of them can go out and kill the bseries boosted freaks I rather keep it that way. Atleast it will help some of the people who are less fortunate to learn fromt he stock motors hell next thing you know theyll be stealin f motors out to boost. its time for us to attack the turboed out cars all alike. Let them like r33,wikked,deever,midnight,and others lets aim high for em all that way we can kill up on the lancers,srt-4 expecially cause remember noone ever suspects an accord lol

I forgot that MRX's turbo isn't small... Sweet.

An F22 running 8psi makes more torque than an H22, and about the same horsepower. The only thing that makes them roughly even is turbo lag. 14.8 is about the best I think I could run with decent tires and a better launch. Once I get a clutch, I might be able to pull a 14.6. Antoine with a clutch and 10psi would most likely run 14.4 at least. Now, if I boost the H22

A turbo F series is nothing to sneeze at. The single cam keeps it from being a 750hp motor, but you could probably get 350-400 out of one. Anything over 400hp and you begin to have some MAJOR traction issues anyway, so what does it matter?

Accrdkid, as for the H tranny on the F22-t... not a good idea. It's not that the tranny is harsh on the F, but that the gears are too short for turbo. It can be done, but you'd be shifting when the turbo reached full boost. Especially if you have a turbo the size of Antoine's! Accord SiR is running an F22 tranny on his H22-t.

One day we're all gonna have to have a huge meet somewhere... Maybe in one of the Carolinas or something. Take a weekend, hit a nice track, and run 14s or less with as many CB7s as we can get. I know there will be at least 4 sub-14 second CB7s in Jersey alone within the next year... unless some of those guys bitch out... (at the very least i'll be rocking the hoohoo gas)

thats not necc... true.. remember i said to run it on a 2.0L.. therefore ur almost in the same range as the H22.. anyway.. a f20a dohc can be spun to 7k.. without issues.. so i dont see why the H shorter gears would be an issue.. even on the T3/T4 he has full boost at 4k... lol.. so yeah..

                                WELL LATES.. bell rang!
