i always tip ive waited tables before and i know the deal not cool they have bills just like me nad you i was just saying that when i cant give a 15%tip i feel like im cheatin the guy

Yeah. 15% is what i give when a waiter did the bare minimum requirements of his job. 20% normally. More if I feel they really cared. I did the job, I know what they're supposed to be doing, and I know what it's like to be overwhelmed. I'll only leave a lousy tip if I feel like I'm being ignored (waiter standing in sight, chatting with someone else, while I'm sitting through my entire meal, which they didn't bring out, with an empty glass in front of me)

ive tried to tell all my friends this before...ive seen them have to hunt jobs and have huge depression issues while doing so...
anyways, go straight for municipal jobs...ie...city workers....a city can NEVER shut down...your guranteed to always have work as long as you dont fuck around and get fired...and since most citys have unions and shit....only way you'll really get fired is if you fuck up BIG TIME....
but yeah, to everyone looking for jobs, i suggest to look for city jobs first!
