well... street racing is kinda big here in FL. but i don't go because of all the conflicts and the risk of someone profiling you and stealing your shit.

on a different note .. back home in Tullahoma, TN there were no drag strips close to that town so a bunch of us got together and petitioned the city to let us put in a drag strip and they denied us to... and yet they still bitch about all the racing going on.. to me its kinda dumb where the "street racers" come up with a solution and the city or state officials tell us that they won't allow it. tell me what is wrong with that picture.

When we went to the city officials we had all the paperwork done right because a few of the racers were good lawyers or had good lawyers draw up the paperwork. We had the funding and donations willing to support this. All they had to do is approve it and it would have been up in a few months. Oh well... that is why i say fuck them. we tried to help.

set up a system that says if you are busted at street races or for racing, you can no longer purchase gasoline and if you try to buy gas the station pumps will automatically shut off for you and you will be billed for everyone elses who is currently filling up gas.

they have done it in the past, but cops set up "legal" street racing. found a flat country road w/ only cornfields on either side and they blocked off the roads and let ppl race.

since here its about an 1hr to the nearest drag strip.
