Apparently this forum is full of asshats... right up through the staff. I don't believe it. I know there are a few, and a few that have their asshat moments... but overall, this is the best damn site I've ever been a part of (and that goes back to when I WAS just a normal member... I wasn't always in charge, or even a mod...)


I want to see the argument. I want to see where I'm wrong. I want to see how to fix the "problem" that this bored is plagued by.



Oh, and for the record (yes, there is a record... I have 5 years worth of CB7tuner records...) I have had two CONSIDERABLE offers for this forum already. One would pay off my house. The one I had most recently (and I laughed at the amount), would pay for my new car outright.
Yes, I could make a nice chunk of money from this site. However, it's not going anywhere. If for any reason I DO decide I no longer want to run this site, it'll be passed along to someone that values it as it should be, as it was to me.

And for the record, this is the greatest site on the internet. And I don't just mean forum, I mean greatest site. This is where I get my news, talk politics, vent, laugh, and help others. Every know and then I get to be an asshat, but the great part of it all is that it is the internet and it doesn't matter in the end.

I agree. I spend most of my time in OT. Hell, when I first became a mod, OT was the forum I was assigned to. In those days, there was just the admin and section mods.


OT is where we get to know each other. Sure, our tech projects are cool, but that's like going to a meet and talking about NOTHING but CB7s. Yeah, you see some cars, learn a lot... and walk away not really knowing anyone. I have made some true friends on this forum... people that I put among my list of best friends. I met them here, many through this very section, and we became friends not because we always talk cars, but because we talk about other stuff.

As much as i dont like rockinricer's IQ of -5 behind the wheel and posts about it, he fuckin handles the all shit talkin everyone gives him. he ended up with identity issues and changed his name to turbodave but hes still here.

people who make im leaving threads are those same people who probably have a myspace and they delete their shit when they're depressed, going through relationship issues, or embarrased.
