The best way to weed out the ass hats is to remove the off topics and such "lounge"s. ANy one brake rules on the board perm ban. Get banned and take all your post with you

As if banning were that big of a deal. You can still read the forums and if you really need to contact someone, phones are a great way of communicating. They've been around for a while now.
