I live in florida and know alot about this situation and I think its bullshit! I dont wear my pants like that and I dont like seeing people doing it either but its not my pants. No one should be able to tell a free human being how to dress unless its school or work uniform situation. They should ban the fucking old snow birds in Fl wearing those damn smelly sweaters !!
