if u tryna gain weight i suggest eating a pb&j sandwich before you go to bed. pb&j stick to your bones. umm a lot of salty foods and foods with a lot of carbs will make you gain weight as well. i was like you 4 years ago i was a size 3 in pants.. now i can't fit an arm in one side of the pants! i am a size 12 now.

yeah..something tells me that wont work. I've weighed almost the same since 7th grade

on the weight thing...Im at 235lbs...

the only things Imma work on is redefining my muscles and cutting some of the fat off my body.

sitting around....they lost their tone and definition. Im still strong...I can still bench-press over 275lbs...but Im not as strong as I used to be...( 315lb bench press )

so I will focus on dropping a little weight..and getting solid like I used to be.

when you cut the fat out...the muscles show. Losing the fat around the mid section is the HARDEST of all the parts on your body. ( RUNNING helps with that ) start off by doing a brisk walk....then a light jog...then eventually start running..but NEVER jump right into running...work yourself into it.

I was at about 315 when i started....so down to about 205-210...havent weighed myself in a few days haha

but thanks everyone, I feel a whole lot better....and also while im doing this, im trying to quit smoking...which is fuckin hard.....but ill do that too.....and slowing down on drinking

i think thats the only thing my girlfriend hated me for when we began dating, she had to stop smokin cigs but i told her she can smoke weed every now and then better than that stinky smoke smell from cigs

I need to start getting into shape!!!
I use to smoke, one day I sayed fuk it Im quiting and just quit cold turkey!! Its been 2 years since my last smoke!! I still to this day crave a smoke!! That is till I smell one!! EEEWWWW, I hate the smell of them now!!! Congrat on gettinf the weight off and lookin hot!!!
