Also a lot od newer car bone stock don't push all of their power. Everything it's built for is DD so the computer holds it back.

i would see a tune putting it much higher even with the smaller turbos. It sucks but a lot of new cars won't even burn out much. my friend thought he was cool in a 2002 mustang 5.0 and the car just wouldn't cut loose completely. only spun a little bit more than a chirp and then you could hear the motor cut out.

I ran fine just sounded like a rev limiter was stopping to way too low.

I thought Ford stopped putting the 5.0 in back in 96?

Well the comment reflects on my knowledge of Ford....

Which basically tells me NOT to buy one.

lmao. everyone was going on the facts of the car. how much it weighed, the horsepower, the AWD system. but forgot to think about the driver. if you got a bad driver in a Skyline they'll probably run a 15 or blow up the tranny or motor before they get down the line. lmao

I would assume she isn't a total ditz... 1. shes got an automatic... press your foot down. no need to worry about over revving at launch. 2. she's got awd, no need to worry about massive wheelspin. 3. keep your foot down until the desired stop.

Either way you can bench race all you want, but the only way to truly figure it out would be to line them up. At a track of course.

true. but i think that car has the paddle shifters too. she might end up pressing the wrong one or something. thus loosing the race
