#1. That video shows nothing about the actual ride height of the vehicle. All it shows is that at that moment, while the car wasn't moving, the front body kit was touching the ground.

#2. For all we know that car was parked in a way that makes the front touch the ground, like when you come out of a steep driveway.

Otherwise, I don't know about how low that car really is. To be completely honest, the lowest cars out there are bagged trucks
