First Low Car Problem

Alot of this problem depends on your suspension and how you drive it. I bet any of the people that have posted in this thread saying they've messed up stuff will tell you they could have avoided it. I have the super cup kit and I've never bottomed out. Ever. I cracked my 5th gen front lip though...but like I said, that was just me not paying attention and pulling my car forward too far...it really didn't matter if the car was low or not.
I'm not calling people stupid for messing things up on their lowered car either, I've done it. Its really just driver error most of the time, so I wouldn't say a slammed car is stupid...its just stupid if you're slammed and still drive it like its a pick-up truck lol.

There are 2 reasons why i dont lower my car
1:i dont have money lol
2: i would be scared to break something of my car on quebec roads

If i'd lower my car it would probably be just of one and half inch cause of roads...

CBs look best @ around 2.5-3" lower than stock

Problems start around 2"

Ugh, I'm looking to get a 2" drop and a lip... yay :P Not for a few years though. Going to Japan soon

You should see my old crossmember... I never smacked the oil pan (well, once...), but the crossmember has taken a hell of a lot of abuse! I'm doing my best not to damage my Collective Racing traction bar now... Especially since it'll never come off the car (literally... that sucker is tig welded in place!)



:ot: Brian, I had some major car issues this past weekend (they're far from over...) Still need that stuff from you if you have it!


And yeah... You could sleep outside overnight in that part of Camden and be safe! The University/Stadium/Aquarium/WachoCenter district is totally safe. If you notice, they're expanding that part. In time, Camden will be a nice place again. I hope it's in my lifetime.

If that is, in fact, his car in his sig, then yes, Id consider it slammed. If thats not what slammed means anymore, then being slammed is stupider than I ever thought it was.
