it really depends on the car. personally alot of people didnt notice that the grill isnt made for the car. what you see in my pictures are what you see in person unless you really go up to the car and say "OOOH MAN THAT GAP ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE" unless its fuckin obvious.

ill admit it LOOKED GOOD on my car and i bet some (NOT ALL) people who disagree that grills that arnt ment for the car shouldnt be for the car actually do like it.. i sold my gts grill to a fellow member on this site and he made that grill look like crap on his car IMO. so its all in the build of the car. it may look good in ones car and it may not look good in the other whether or not that the grill is from another car.

The only grill i don't like is the concerto grill, but in all reality, it all comes down to preference, and there is no accounting for variation in taste from person to person.

people like to try different things, it can be good or it can be bad.

in all honesty, i don't like it either. if the owner likes it, then its on them. their car, their mods. its what makes the cb7tuner members different from each other.

the only reason i made this thread is to get people to discuss what they like i understand everyones taste is different... i really appreciate that.... it comes down to execution of an idea.... it just seems to be an easy out to put parts that dont really fit with the car.... if that is the look u were truthfully going for by all means go right ahead.... i just think thought should go into appearance mods.... this thread can be closed if i am way off.... i probably am, like i said this wasnt an attack and my taste is my taste not better than anyone elses in fact by most standards my car is a piece of junk.... i really just was looking for someone to defend it or explain why they decided to use them, ghost2.2 did just that he was objective in saying his fit better than most and i agree...

i agree with you, its quite funny to me when i see those grille mods. my intentions were not to attack your statements.
