I tried to get on a lude forum a while ago since I've got the F22B in my Accord... HA!@!@ I S$*T you not I opened a thread in the beginners section saying Hi and why I was there and nobody even told me hello, wait, no that not right. I had one person but he was trying to sell me some sort of enlargment devide... I don't know.

yeah that shavedaccord guy IS a a-hole. its like he's on his period 24/7. it makes me mad that he's the site mod. another reason why i dont come up here. i told his off earlier tho:

MyCB7.com was started by ErikM from this forum. Erik is a cool guy, and he was working on the MyCB7 project long before the drama here erupted. It was more of a coincidence than anything else that he got fed up here right around the time MyCB7 was ready.

Erik's design is quite good, though much more involved than this site. There are some things I'd like to emulate, actually. Overall, it's good for MyCB7. It's not CB7tuner, and that's fine... it would be sad if he tried to copy us anyway. Flaming members here is frowned upon, and flaming other sites is similarly frowned upon. We don't need to go to war with other Accord sites. We're better than that.




I'm cool with Erik, who has since sold the site to afi2black (I believe his name is). I'm not very familiar with him, but he has kept things in line, and he is enthusiastic about the site. I can appreciate that.

I've never viewed MyCB7 as competition or a threat to this site. There's no market to steal. There's nothing they can take from us. We've built a strong community, and that will remain. I'm a member over there, as are many others on here. No foul. We're still here.

Erik and I had an agreement that we wouldn't allow bashing of each others' site, and I stand by that. I haven't been there in a while, but I hope the new guy adheres to that as well. I don't intend to allow any disrespect to a fellow cb7 community on my forum.




As for Accordtuner... I'm a member, but not very active there... never was. CB7tuner can credit much of their startup membership to that site, however. If the site is no longer run well, then they'll sink on their own. We don't need to sink them. Hopefully they'll learn, or pass it on, before that happens.

Accord Wagon Club is easily the most friendly car forum EVER. Not a huge amount of participation though, but it's still awesome.

CB7tuner.com wins hands down as the best tuner site I've run across because the community is small enough to have a core group that all know each other. At the same time it's not so big that no cliques form, as on Honda-Tech. And finally, the amount of information on this site DOMINATES all other car sites besides Honda-Tech, only because that covers ALL Hondas.
