yea its pretty quick.it didnt come with back seats but i went and bought em today.20 bones.i dont know that much about ecus but the guy said the ecu that came with was from a single cam civic and was untuned. so i called my best freind and asked if he still the ecu from the gsr he wrecked and it made a world of a difference.overall i dont regret it.
this is my first time going vtec. is there anything i need to watch out for?special precautions?

You should be more concerned about having a frankenstein motor than simply having VTEC. Regardless, the B20 VTEC is common enough that it's likely to be done right.
VTEC tends to burn oil. If you have a heavy foot, keep an eye on your oil level. You shouldn't burn enough to matter if you change it regularly anyway, but just keep that in mind.
Otherwise, good trade. It's good you got a better ECU for it right away. I would still look into a custom tune for it, since it's not a stock motor. The GSR ECU is a hell of a better choice than what you had in there (P28 I assume...)
Get some pics of this monster!
