    wow. a house under 100k?

    and 3bed's?

    that's astounding.

2bed houses and stuff around here go for at least 150k.

looks like a good house too.

1 minute and 30 sec. from the neighborhood where I grew up. That means I know everyone down there. I really never wanted to purchase my first house there, but that thing is rehabed from top to bottom. It's nice and simple too. Which means, I could rent it out later if I was to buy it. I know I would take very good care of it and keep up on maintenance.

Woah it's not even 1K! Here the average house price range is between 150 - 300 thousand dollars. In Australia, you don't get anything under 500 000$

I got my house for under 100k. It was a steal, though... and I could sell it for 140k easily. My neighborhood is great.

Remember, BUYING the house is just the beginning!

I did it at 23... not easy! Not too hard, either... then again, I bought a house that needed little work. All I have to do is keep it clean and mow the lawn...

Anyone wanna clean my house and mow my lawn?

This is that good Philadelphia row-home city living. That house would be great for my son and I. I mean buying a home in the middle of the city was never my twist, but hey, as a person gets older and maturer, one realizes that he/she has to start somewhere. I could always have room for a beautiful female to keep me awake 'til 6 in the morning... Or maybe a significant other...

Naw, set aside, I would like something like the first posting as my first house. I could probably get something like that with taxes and insurance for like $500 a month.
