May want to. Along with title history, accident history, # of prior owners, reason for sale, do vin check (even tho things don't always get recorded). Maintenance history...

        But that's just me.

it makes me wonder why dood selling it without a title. as clean as the car looks in those pictures, and the asking price, trying to sell a car without a title makes it kinda iffy in my book so i have to call BS.

It's stolen or something. A 98 Lude that I went to see here, had 160k miles, 5 speed, good condition but they still wanted 5500 for it. I smell fish man.

Most owners have a title... or they go to the DMV to get a title.

If he has no title, and is trying to sell it without, that means one of 4 things:

              1) He's incredibly stupid

              2) He's incredibly lazy... and stupid.

              3) The car is stolen

              or

              4) The car is his, and he'll take your $2300... then come get the car back. He'll have the title, so there's no question about it being his... and he'll have your $2300.

yea it does sorta seem weird that it'd be THAT cheap...i paid 2800 for my car with all of its rust...so 2300 for a 98 LUDE?!? idk...

its probably cause the car is an automatic and automatic trannys on the bb6 is one of the biggest pos that honda invested on that car and hes trying to make a quick sale.

hence why the car says "new tranny"

Buy it for $2300, put the H22 in your CB7, take the 5 lug stuff (brake upgrade included! and wheels!), take the gauge cluster, take what you can of the interior... sell the shell for $500.

There you go. $1800 for all those CB7 upgrades! You'll NEVER get all that for so cheap!

Of course, if it's stolen... THEN you have a problem. Make sure it's not stolen before you buy! Imagine getting nabbed trying to sell a stripped stolen shell, and then having the stolen motor found in your CB7. Goodbye cars. Hello wide open butthole.
