fuckin police take forever. maybe if i said the guy was waving a gun at us they would of brought him in sooner.

Trust me they would have picked him up in 10minutes, if you'd told them that. Someone I know did that in the weekend (except he was the one pointing the gun at the offender) and the cops were there straight away.
Otherwise it would have been 2 hours . . .

no phone call yet. i got the address of the douche bag owner of the car. he lives in national city (located san diego county) right next to skyline. thats about a 15 min drive from my house, but its also in the ghetto. ill drive there when my homie is available. one in the day and one in the night.

Sounds like he lives right up Division Street near the S.D. city border. Thats very close to where I used to live.
Skyline for the most part is ghetto, but not as bad as Logan Heights area or Encanto. My dad was telling me a crip or a blood was getting killed weekly in those areas for awhile.

LOL, people from the outside only know about the beaches, downtown etc.
They need take a journey to the southeast areas......at night.

I'll never forget the car jacking I witnessed in Encanto, or the gang fight I saw through my bedroom window, which ended up with both parties picking up the wounded and leaving a lot of blood behind.

i grew up in an area that is associated with crips, but it isnt ghetto like eastside san diego...fuck that place. so i have natural dislike for people all flamed up.

I'm from SE Diego literally down the hill from skyline and right next to encanto (Valencia Park). You can and will get your ass beat if you walk around thinking you're hard. And yes I agree there are no asian bloods.

asians are mostly crips, but a well known asians associated with blood aka slobs are "wah ching" which is pretty popular in westcoast. i met a few guys from that set. if you havnt been a gangster you'd never know what kinda asian gangs there are.
