if you cosign on an automobile with someone and you pay it off and you try to sell it can the cosigner say "fuck you pay me" and not allow you to sell the vehicle ... would you need the cosignors approval before selling????

You can get a power of attourney from the registration place.
Then get the co-signer of the car to give you permission to sell it.

You don't need anyones permission if you're the only one on the title.
But, if someone else is on your title, that's when you need apower of attourney.
