ONE- No, I do not sell drugs.

TWO- I make alot of money where I work. I don't just deliver pizza, I also wash dishes and make a little extra tips by playing waiter when they need me too. I also work 40 hours a week (Because I want to, not because they ask me to) so I bring in $240 a week just in hours. Not to mention another $275 in tips on average.

THREE- Haha, car whore? Ok, I deserve that one.

    Time to come clean.

Don't actually have the mustang yet. Just picked up the Carbon fiber peices and the clarion headunit because they were cheap. My friends uncle owns a car lot, and me and him talked, and I can easily afford payments to him. So he's found probably 8 or 9 mustangs, but I have turned them all down. I want to get the mustang I WANT, not that one I will settle for because I want it NOW. The ones they have found have either been too high mileage, automatic, or a color I don't like, or they have work already done.

I'm aiming for a BONE stock 99-04 GT, low mileage, 5 speed. Don't care about leather vs. cloth, which anniversary it is (if any) or whether or not it is a convertible.

I could have one right now if I would settle for less than what I want, but I won't do that.

You're not JDM until you have a car built in ohio with tons of bolt ons from ebay.

      That's good though.
You don't need to settle on a car.
You have other means of transportation.

It's good that you're waiting to find your perfect Stang.

I was hoping everyone would think so.

I just ordered some hood pins so that hood stays in place.

I think that before I put everything on, I would like to have a track day and gain a benchmark for the bone stock performance, so that I can reflect on what gains I get from each mod.

              Paint the CF.

Get a black on black soft-top 5 speed. I would hate you forever lol. But seriously, that is the way to go imo.

Mine will probably be hard top.

                I'm thinking either silver/unpainted CF/black wheels

                OR

Black/painted cf/black wheels with polished lip

Can't decide between- SLP Loudmouth vs. SLP Loudmouth II

Getting a FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft(at the same time, I'll have a DS loop installed, just because it isn't too expensive, but it is quite important) and FRPP 3.73 gears(at the same time, a bearing kit, because why wait to do it later when they go out, if the rear end is torn apart already?)

Not bothering with an intake, as it will be super charged within a few months.

                PRO 5.0 short shifter

                FRPP stage 2 clutch

and who knows what else. Definitely some sort of hand help computer tuner.

So you made a thread about a car you do not own.

this reminds me of "1 grand worth of gauges"...more like 10 dollars at autozone.

No, I made a thread about a carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber trunk that I DO own.

And I will have the car soon. Give it time. Like I said, I could have one right now, but I want the mustang I want, not the mustang I am willing to settle for.

                    OOOOOH start shit with that!!!

I share the same opinion. ALL mustangs seem to sound the same, and I think I know why. In my area, at least, Nearly all of the mustangs you see have some variety of Flowmaster on their car.

                        Mostly 40 Series.

I was looking at a Pypes OR X pipe mated to Mac true duals, but the muffler boxes hang way low, where as the SLP kit uses what is essentially a glass pack, and it tucks up tight to the bottom of the car. Looks better, won't scrape as easy, and from what I've heard, they sound much better.

Also, from what I've read, the SLP LM is louder than the SLP LMII.

So, naturally, I would prefer the SLP Loud Mouth...

Yeah, they make the Loud Mouth one and the Loud Mouth II.

Like I mentioned, the Loud Mouth II is just a little bit quieter.

I've been spending a lot of time on rpmoutlet.com.

They have package deals that are actually not bad. Look at these:
                            http://www.rpmoutlet.com/newv8m.htm

I'm also considering a small shot of Nitrous (no more than 75), but I have never dealt with Nitrous before, and quite honestly, it scares the shit out of me. For one, I've seen plenty of nitrous back fires blow the air cleaner off a car. Can that only happen on carbed cars?

And two, I have no idea how to install it, and there fore no business using it until I understand it further.
