3 days ago i got feverishly ill and had to go home and lay down, I stayed in bed and was shivering and puking for 3 days, i had a 101 fever.

yesterday I tried to go to my class with a 101 fever and started shaking uncontrollably (cold room) and the teacher told me i needed to go home, i made it to my car, but then started puking non stop in the parking lot, a cop drove up and watched me, shivering and puking, and pouring water on my face. I had to leave my car there because i relapsed so bad.

Then i had court for a speeding ticket, which was the third time i went, because it the first was a hearing to have a hearing. then that one was a hearing to see wether i go in front of a judge or a hearing officer.

So I picked a Hearing officer, which turns out to be the judge from the last court, who was a total dick. which makes no sense because a hearing officer is not a judge. Why was he deciding my case? i dont know

as of now i don't believe i have any points on my license, or very few.

the last time i went to court i had the option of taking a 4 hour class and points witheld.

I go to court, totally feverish. show the judge a picture of the "digital speed limit sign" that was BROKEN and did not work.


He tells me (same judge remember and offered me a 4 hour class) that my license is about to be suspended for 18 points in 18 months. I tell him i haven't had a ticket in a year.

he ends up giving me the maximum fine of 533.00 dollars, and 3 points and an 8 hour driving class (the points go on once i finish all that)

no i go to look whats up with my driving record.

currently i have only like 3 points on my license.

i have 3 tickets in 2007.

what the fuck? not only that;

THE 18 points in 18 months IS ONLY BY ONE DAY, after 1 FUCKING DAY 3 points would have been dropped.

1 day, what the hell, and its the ticket which is the earliest one, that was in New York in 2006 which they took to long to file the paperwork, and it finally transferred over later in 2006 (ONLY BY ONE DAY) and set me in the 18 pts in 18 months mark!!!! by one day!!!!

so i have to go to some place in room 150 to talk to the BAR and see if they can do anything about this BS.

I can't believe this fucking shit. 533 dollars, all because of this random 18 points thing. all by one day. I could have hired a lawyer, or bought a fucking passport super jammer.

so now im getting a lawyer that will be my lawyer on the side so whenever i need him, and im getting a passport escort super laser detecter jammer cop smasher.

Its better then waking up and getting sick and almost dyings yeah, but i did get horribly sick and then fucked in the ass. now i can't drive for 3 months if i don't straighten this out.

and i just bought this business and right before i bought it the guy made 2 grand on cat sales. so i missed out on getting 2 grand right back.

and i haven't got a truck in time because i got sick and now i just had to buy a hitch because I have to tow a car tomorrow morning to make some $$$

But if my license gets suspended i think im going to disappear and pull some fight club type shit. (probably not, but ill think about it reall hard)

funny thing is i stopped driving like a retard a year ago and haven't had any problems except one speeding ticket.

yeah the man sure did fuck me this time. im sure i the BAR can help me out tomorrow and i wont get suspended.

Im beginning to realize how limited and silly the government is. If you were to follow every law there is out there, your life would be extremely boring. Im talking about every law, because we all break them. Who actually completely stops at every stop sign for 3 seconds and then moves. or completely stops at a red light to turn right.

or doesn't download an mp3, or fills there tips at a waiter job on the computer to the real amount, or puts on there seatbelt before pulling out onto a road everytime, or turns waits at every crosswalk for the walk sign to turn and doesn't walk across the street anywhere else, or buys a car and says they bought it for 2,000 instead of 6,000 so they don't get fucked on the registration fee, or has there radio low enough so that it can't be heard 25ft away from the car (yeah thats a law here) or always drives with there shoes on etc...
it just sucks that cops can turn on there lights and go through a red light.

I agree with the whole the laws werent ever meant to keep us safe, BUT with driving they enforce them more because its easier to CATCH us. Therefore stop driving crazy, dont speed too much (unless you have a dang good radar detector) and remember, money talks, if you got it they cant put nothing on your record cuz you got a good lawyer, if you dont have any your screwed.
