Now, this picture only shows what she (woman with camera and OC pointed at her) was doing at this split second that the picture was taken. It fails to show what she was doing or saying just a few seconds before that Officer made the judgement call to pull out his OC spray.

AGAIN. She is clearly at an advantage if there were to be an outburst.

She is on her feet, the Officer is down on one knee. Obviously if she, or anyone else in this group were to attack they would have the upper hand.

I do see more then 1 sign, there appear to be at least 4 signs and there only appears to be 3 or 4 camera's that I can see. There are AT LEAST 10 people and ONLY 3 Officers that are in a vulnerable position (pinned up near the building).
