I don't know if you've ever deadlifted that much but it's fucking kickass. All my neck tendons stick out like Hogan, my face turns red and all my veins bulge like they were little hoses glued to my skin. Every time I do this I want to break things so I run over and beat the shit out of the heavy bag. It fuckin' rules.
I will do anything to get a good workout in. One time I was hangin' out at cpmikes and didn't really have a place to work out at so I started curling one of those big marine batteries and deadlifting an old f22a that was sitting around, by its mounts. Yeah, ppl can see all in your shit. At first it was cool, but then i didnt like it.
Justin, that sounds....crazy. Im all for lifting and shit, but getting raged up and wanting to rip someone in half seems a bit steep. I know how ya feel though. I got mad anger and if a fight presents itself, even if i may not win, i still wanna go.
I had to move a pallet of those marine batteries. Crazy DOMs the next day. I wasnt used to that shit.

Right now im a skinny shit 6'1" 180, I'm going to shoot for 200 by next summer.
