Losing weight is easy

Don't drink water anymore

And stationary bike at the gym

That's like 5 lbs gone in one workout

Given it's all water, but it's weight none the less

I think I have hit a growth spurt.
Im 195 now, and nothing has changed in my diet or exercise.
Granted, I usually fluctuate from 180-190, but still, this seems to be staying. My wife says Im bigger, but I just dont feel like it. I guess the change has been so gradual for me that I havent noticed.

The only sure way to gain weight for me is to lift weights, and I hate doing that with a passion.
