has anyone lost a paypal dispute?

well im in two paypal disputes right now. i sold some items on ebay and both of them were shipped to spain. the buyers didnt buy insurance so there was no insurance on them or tracking. since it was airmailed, there is no tracking options. anyways a month later into both transctions, i get emails of not receiving the items.

i have proof of shipment receipts. im in the negative in my paypal account. i been reading around online and paypal seem to go on the buyer side. i wont pay up to, i didnt nothing wrong, i did my part. i wont use USPS for shipping services and i wont be using paypal anymore.

i have lost in similiar situation to you. sold a bunch of games on ebay, shipped them, then the buyers filed a dispute against me saying i didn't.
anyhow i had to repay close to 300 bucks after everything was all said and done. Also just to be aholes, Paypal sent me off to a collection agency also.

well i have over 900 in the negative right now. i wont be paying up, i will fight it and if they gonna get people after me, go for it. i did my part, i bet one of them have the item and just made the dispute to have the item for free.

i have proof of shipment receipts.

As long as your receipt has:
1.) You're name.
2.) The date it was brought in by you to be shipped.
3.) Where it's going.
4.) Who it's going to.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.

u just lost those claims, under paypal guidelines they normally rule in the buyers name. Alot of buyers do this on purpose to get free products. Always charge more for shipping to include tracking for this purpose only. My brother sold some Jordans to a dude in Hawaii that didnt pay for tracking or insurance and won the claim because my brother couldnt prove that he shipped even tho he had the receipt from the post office.

yea man i been hearing that too. they mostly go on the buyers side but i didnt have tracking or signature confirmation. so i just lost but i wont pay up. fawk paypal to the fullest. im goin to the DA with this if i have too.

As long as you have a tracking number you'll be fine. It you don't 99% of the time, you have lost...it happened to me before

Im in the middle of one now. it F-ing sucks! from now one tracking with all orders! & Im saving the tracking papers too.

the person Im fighting against now is saying (after 3 f-ing months) that they didnt approve the transaction.

hey man 900 bones, dude I would not pay that. But unfortunately your credit card is registered. I would honestly tell my credit card co that I lost my card and get a new one so paypal cant charge it. But if I were you I would just not pay them and eventually they will send fines and fees (im assuming) and what you do is take em to court. Its not like we are made of freaking money here. 900 bucks is like weeks of labor 8 hour days, tell that to a judge.
