You could always give it a try. My big weigh would be whether or not its worth it. It wouldnt go on yer record, but if you dont have to pay it, then its all the more reason to try and fight it.

Id make some phone calls first. See if you can get it expelled or how much court costs and shit would be. If costs are gonna be more than the $77.50, then just pay the ticket. But if they tell you that you can prove its injust, then go for it.

wow, i thought NY cops were bad.

I got hit with D.W.B..

I accel to pass a yellow changing light and the officer [going the opposite way] said i was speeding. I ask how fast, she says fast enough and gives me a Reckless driving ticket -- all for going through a yellow.

now i have to go to court and pray i dont loose my license for that BS call.

Yeah, one bad cop encounter will ruin anyones respect for them. I've gotten pulled over multiple times and it's always a different scenario. First time I was pulled over my a HUGE dick cop, big big ego.....but recently I was pulled over for slighty speeding w/ headlight out and the cop was real cool and let me off. They give themselves a bad reputation
