i would think that after he laid all the foam down, he laid a layer of fiber glass over it so he could paint?

Crazy shit. That would be a lot more easy to mold and shape than Bondo would be. I'm sure they'd throw some fiberglass or some shit over it before paint though.

I'm sure they coated the foam with fiberglass resin to harden it before processing for paint. If they didnt then that would be very stupid.

Yea... I doesn't look too much of a solid body. I don't think it's all foam either. I mean the guy was putting cardboards on top..maybe all the interior is foam but for the exterior the surface they actually use bondo. I don't know... Anyway... I don't like the side too much.
