I'm in banking too -- I worked with an old Indian lady who was a teller (now retired). A calm 'note-passer' type of robber came up to her and demanded her drawer and she just gave it back to him and said 'no' -- cold and blunt. The guy was kinda of baffled, panicked and left! lol Then again... we also have 'bullet resistent' glass.
