    Wheel Pricing Ideas.

Figured to ask my fellow CB7 Family.

I have a set of 18x8 (f) and 18x8.5 (r) RAYS Engeering FORGED wheels and Sumitomo 245-40-18 tires (95% life left on them) currently on my '05 Acura TL 6MT.

They are OEM Nissan 350z wheels.

1 wheel ahs a little rash, all others are mint. NO other discrepancies!

Anyhow, thinking of selling them but unsure as to a starting point.

    Any/all help would be appreciated.

    Trev.

Are the Nissan logos part of them, or are they removable caps? That'll make a big difference when selling to non-Nissan owners.

Honestly, it depends on your market. You might be able to get a nice price from 240sx owners... They're Rays. They're forged. They're 18s with tires. However, they're used OEM wheels... most people won't place a very high value on those. The chrome Enkeis on my GTP wouldn't sell for very much either.

            Removable caps..

Simply because they are used, I know I will not get want I desire.

And as for your Enkei's, now you know I've been on you about them

No, no... my stock GTP wheels are Enkeis

I do have some Enkei RS6s that I have to pay my friend for.. They have horrible corrosion on the lips, though. Shame, they were barely used!

I also have my Falken Hanabis, that will be going on the CB7 VERY soon!

When I was an active member on NICOclub, those sold like crazy. Wheels alone would fetch somewhere around $600.

That was last summer though, I don't know if the market has gone down...
I'll check the classifieds on there...

I'm back from being nosey... It seems they're still a hot item.
Wheels alone that looked like crap were $400.

I couldn't find any with tires, but there was a set that looked brand new selling for $800.

Most were in the $500-$700 range WITHOUT tires.
