they need to let Nick Hogan out of jail, I know he's a little punk, but this guy that was riding with him knew the risk and knew they were going to be racing. He put his life in the hands of an unskilled driver and lost. Nick should be punished for street racing not for injuring his passenger. Im sorry but if im going to take the chance and race im going to be driving,what kind of idiot rides during a race,expecially with those types of cars. If anything they need to put his dad in jail for letting his son have a machine like that. Supra TT 2jz-gte w/16 year old driver= TRAGEDY

It was a dumb decision for Terry to let his son have the car, sure.

However, the driver is responsible for all passengers. It sucks for Nick, but he earned that place in jail.

That's kinda like saying the middle class guy that wanders into the ghetto and gets shot should be to blame. He was there of his own accord. The guy that shot him should be brought up on gun charges, but not the shooting. Look at it that way, and that reasoning sounds pretty stupid, IMO.

i hear ya. everyone has a choice, years ago i was riding with someone that decided to race someone and i told him to let me out. Its like these assholes that smoke for 40 years, and when they get cancer they sue tobacco co. come on people lets use some common sence.

Nick didn't have to work for that car. He had no respect for that car. Actually, I think the car he wrecked wasn't even his... that was Hulk's yellow automatic, wasn't it?

All of my friends that have worked hard for their own cars, and done all the work themselves, wouldn't dream of risking it by being stupid.
