i ordered a type r lip for a cd5 on ebay 10 weeks ago.the seller told me it will take 3 week for shipping.after 6 week he offered me a refund.i accepted and now i've been waiting for my refund for 4 weeks.

what could i do?i cant find an auction of this seller anymore...like he disappeared...nowhere to be found.

ah man...i'd say your stuck dood. You did do like a "double check" on the seller to see if he was legit though right?

after like one or two months auctions get automatically deleted i think

and i think they give you a certain time to act for refunds or something

Please tell me you went through paypal, if so you can open a dispute MAYBE unless the time for it has expired.

He played you good....you let him get away with bs for weeks and most likely because its old news your going to have to bite the bullet.

Serves you right, next time maybe youll shop a little smarter.

if you did paypal and you waited too long, you still prob wont get anything back...

most likely just be careful next time cuz the chances of you getting money back are like none

I got shafted the same way that you did. It took 5 weeks for the guy to send it out. I ended up receiving the hood I ordered but all messed up and it didn't fit right and the seller disappeared off ebay. I tried to contact ebay to find the seller and they said sorry about your luck. next time I will be more careful on who I decide to buy from.
