as you can see, its only zoomed in halfway.. thats not just the regular satellite image.. its called "street view" and not every state/city has it on the maps yet.. they went around with a huge 360* camera rig on top of a car and they drove down every street and thats what you get..

That's because as he was saying, it isn't available in your area. There are no picture data of it yet and therefore no street view. I wish I had it too :P.
