Ok. Thats cool. I still dont see the point. Biodiesel is far too labor intensive for what it is, and despite the fact that you do have to do modifications to the fuel system to run straight vegetable oil, its a more readily available source, and is 100% free, providing you can find a fast food place to give you their used oil.

Its easy go talk to the fast food place. Its not hard they are willing to get rid of it. They have to pay a fee to get it disposed. Shit mcdonalds is converting its fleet of trucks to run on biodiesel that way its less waste and its free fuel generated by themselves. Biodiesel isnt all that hard to convert nor is it time consuming. Took my friend about 2 days for his jetta slacking off. Since everything comes with the kit.

I am not in Cali, and the fewer Cali laws they have here the better.

And no, I don't think there is a law. The companies have voluntarily done it because they didn't want to be involved in recycling stolen cats, because they know how much it costs to replace them. They actually have moral values. Imagine that in this day and age... Yes, I know, it is hard to imagine.

Yea you do need a license now as I recall. It was big in cali before people would jack cats out the Toyota SUV's because they had a high concentration of metals in there that you could extract.

Depends on the state. Not all states are the same. You don't need one here. Just proof of ownership.
