Um, yeah, this started at the Something Awful forums, I believe. It's been spreading around the Internet like the old Ted the Caver story. It's a fake story, and photoshopped pics. The guy posted a hi res pic of one of them, and the "guy" in it is gone.

Very cool pics and yes definitely creepy. I'm wondering about the pic of the mangled looking tree and what appears to be eyes lurking in the shadows. Do you think those were photoshopped in?

Those are really cool pics. Not eerie at all, I think they're just really cool looking. I was expecting something a lot scarier than that. Although some of those pics would make amazing backdrops for CB7 pics.

After reading through most of the 40+ pages of posts, I didn't really find out where it was really shot. Someone said it looked like a place outside of Woodstock NY. Even though it was faked, it still looks like a cool place to fuck around.

In a couple pics, the fog was extremely fake, very pshop-cloud-like, but most of em had what looked to me to be real fog.
