that cobra was de-fanged. trust me. if that snake actually had some fangs that kid would be crying. but he was ok tho. plus that particular cobra's mouth is too small to be able to bite the child with the teeth it has in the back of its mouth. no matter how much it can stretch.

most snake are more timid then willing to bite. it takes energy to make venom so when they strike it had better be food or they just wasted venom to kill something that could have fed it for a week. some snakes(even poisonous ones) can be picked with your bare hands.


copperheads and timid snakes. you can pick them up and just as long as you treat them with respect they wont bite.

those kids are raised around the indian cobra. but later on they're taught that its not something to just mess with because its there. but to respect it.
