What to say to Tmobile to ask em to unlock my dash

i want to unlock my dash sim and cid and application. well i need to start with SIM. so what should I say to Tmobile to have them unlock my SIM? i've heard of people doing it too anybody here work for a tmobile that can help me out?

Just ask for them to unlock it. note your internet streaming wont work, etc.

thats ok I dont use the net on it much, just text thats really about it lol. they wont get all suspicious as why I need my phone unlocked?

I told them before that I am leaving the country and I would like to unlock my phone to use other providers outside of tmobile.
