    IRS Stim Check Scam...watch out...

    I am watching the news right now, and they are saying there is a huge scam going around right now. They tell you to fill out a form and ask for personal information, stating if you dont fill it out it will take even longer to get you Stim check. The IRS states they will never ask for personal information like that. I found a link...

      I would too, you would think you hear enough about NOT giving away that kind of information. I also have not personally seen the email yet. So who knows.

        The stim check is something totally new, so I could see MANY people falling for this scam. Most people don't quite know what's up. They know the checks are coming. They know they'll get them eventually. It's money, so they want it ASAP. Tell them that there will be a delay if they don't fill in an official-looking form, and they're going to do it.


        I filed an extension for my taxes... I wonder if I'll even get my stim check! As long as I don't get audited, I'll be happy!
