I would assume that this is older then most of the CCW laws. Wouldnt be a good idea going around pulling shit like this when anyone of age and licensed to can legally carry a concealed weapon. There are quite a few women that are registered for a CCW in Kansas. I know of a couple that don't carry a little .22 cal either.
