I'm guessing the above EXIT sign is because those doors can be used as an emergency exit if needed, but not for normal exit use.... were there doors specifically for exiting nearby? Or did someone actually 'f' up the stickers? lol.

Fire Code probably requires all possible emergency exits be marked with the overhead sign. The "No Exit" sign is more of a traffic control thing.. There usually arent too many people going into a building when there is an emergency besides LEO's, EMT's, Firefighter's, etc.
