Man what you need to do is get the Rocky soundtracks.... Some may think its funny... But when ur in the Gym working ur ass off... It puts you where you need to be....

I agree with Rocky. Hell, I just watched the movie the other night, and it got me wanting to set up my bag again!

Maynard Ferguson does a kickass version of the Rocky theme. (sorry, again... not rap... I don't have much to offer there... the few thing I do like are pretty chill)

Some old Limp Bizkit is kinda angry and Method Man raps on his album so I guess it's kinda rap ...Rage Against The Machine isent rap but a lot of there tunes have good beats
