well here in philly only happen once like that. they blocked the every entrance and they started giving tickets. i was lucky i had my work uniform with on me and i told the cops i was coming back from work.

if u have imesh there is a video of 20mb from the tecademics guys about philly where they show how the cops did it. that was my only close call with the cops.

but here in philly cops don't really give a shit. they just partrol the houses,, and when they have nothing to do they just scare us away.
