A lot of the more responsible, intelligent, serious members would buy them. However, a large portion of the people on this forum are those that want maximum horsepower for minimum cash... The market for "boring" things like sensors may not be huge... though the members that purchase such things are the ones that will very likely spend quite a bit of money in the future on their cars.

The immature dreamers are here today and gone tomorrow, but there are a ton of them. They're good for one sale, and they buy the bolt-on performance parts... or the easy appearance stuff. The mature tuners will be the repeat customers, but they're a considerably smaller market.

I'd definitely purchase a quality "sensor package". And very likely an affordable big-brake kit in the future.

If I remember correctly, Energy Suspension has a chart somewhere of EVERY bushing they currently produce with dimensions and all the specs. All one of us needs to do is measure the ID, OD, width and bolt size (for inner sleeve ID) of the rear shock mount and match it to a number that they produce and piece together a set. They had like 1000's of sizes listed so I'm sure we could find a match. It looks very close to the size of the rear LCA arm bushings.

I'll try to tackle it this summer if nobody else does it first.

It's not that they aren't worth making... but to make a profit, they have to cater to both sides.

It is even easier that looking through all the ID,OD, bolt size info because I am sending one to them and they will figure it out and tell me haha. I am working on the sensor package the only thing is figuring out which sensors should be in the kit and which ones are just to expensive to be worth it. Selling stock Honda or aftermarket replacement parts takes very little effort. Creating unique parts and special kits is what takes the most effort.

yeah I'm using a Civic rad for my setup, but that's just it it's a Civic rad. It's smaller and not as thick. If there was a half rad just a little bit bigger for a cb7 that would be cool (no pun intended)

The 5 lug won't happen because the price of the knuckles makes it crazy expensive. I don't think any of you would spend $1,000 on a 5 lug swap.

Intersection lights could be done. Would you all want OEM ones or would a replica work for a cheaper price?

Why a half rad? I was going to set up a aluminum rad w/ slim fan kit but I wasn't thinking of doing a half. Would that help with clearance on a H swap or something?
The radiator idea is catering for turbo applications F/H series engines. I like your aluminum radiator w/slim fan kit. Dual core?

Sidenote: I hope you don't try to cater to everyone and spread yourself too thin, after all it's about profit in the end.

I need to replace some on my red, I 2nd that. There are also plenty of people that don't realize their sensors need replacing as they keep replacing them with used units.

Stock or performance, sensors need replacing to keep the motor running properly. What we need are more people to learn and realize this. Critical sensor play a key role in the performance of your car, any experienced engine management tuner knows this.

I totally agree... but what people SHOULD learn won't be a guaranteed market.

I'm all for the production of the sensor package, and there will be enough demand from the mature tuners to make it worth TASauto's time. My comment was just in response to "it should be the top priority"

The top priority is to make parts that will generate a large profit, to ensure that we continue to be seen as a valuable market... so the needs of the minority, the truly serious tuners, can be met. If this fickle, cheap market doesn't provide enough of a profit, they're going to look to the newer models, and continue to offer us the same limited selection of parts.

Somewhat useless OEM style aftermarket fogs are likely going to bring in more profit than highly-useful sensor packages.

It will probably take 2 hours of my time and $0 to create a sensor package so don't worry about that.

                          Very true.

I guess "top priority" rubbed me the wrong way. I've seen many well-meaning people give up on a market because the people that made up that market didn't properly appreciate the product.

deeve we are not the only site tsa caters two there are many other sites with other generation accords so there are little niches of members who are willing to put down the money for a worthwhile sensor package as well as other things.

I think a package with o2 sensors and tps are two of the main ones I can think of off the top of my head but I am not as engine inclined as other members here so they might chime in with more ideas.

This is the first reputable store to cater to our chasis and I am please with how well they have quickly turned around on our suggestions ie how fast he put a ROH conversion kit together. I think it was a week maybe less and it was up. Shows how much dedication these guys have to our cause because they understand that they can fill the void that needed to be filled for tuners of the accord chasis.
