same here....no cartilage in my right knee, too many surgeries. plus, damaged ligament in my left elbow, it dislocates sometimes.

Yeah me too but no surgerys yet because, once its done it will never be the same they say suposedly (so in a couple years). I can feel it grind sometimes
the first time i tore the cartilage in my knee was from soccer.
the second time was from football.
and the elbow injury is from soccer also believe it or not. I jumped for a header, guy hit me, i fell back on my arm when it was straight. dislocated, bone chipped, torn ligament. not fun.
