Yeah, I have an update.

My dad has slowly been getting better. The doctors say his carbon levels are still pretty high, but his overall condition is improving. I couldnt see him yesterday because I had to work. But my mom said that he was doing much better, and that he was talking and joking around with his doctors. I also called last night and talked to his nurse to see how he was doing before I went to bed, when she told me that he was sleeping, but was doing good, and he was up and actually walking around his room. They said they might be taking him out of ICU today, and bringing him back to the main floor.

Thank you so much every one, and please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Danny, i know how you feel man. My dad. My "superman", was in the hospital in January. He had a very bad case of pneumonia. So bad that before he went to the ER, he was talking to his dog, telling him that he wouldnt ever see him again. My dad NEVER talks like that. They told my step-mom that if they would have got him there 30 minutes later, then he would have died. My dad pulled through and is doing better. Your superman can too.

Your family and loved ones are in my prayers Danny. I wouldn't wish this kind of pain on anyone, and im sure you know what i mean. God works in mysterious ways man. Everything works itself out. All we can do is prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I'm praying for your family bro.

i kinda teard up a lil reading this thread, cause my dad went through an experience like this bout half a year ago. its good to know that all u guys will support someone u dont know. its a beautiful thing to see. Danny(i gather that this is your name from the feedback on the thread) i hope ur dad gets better. i will pray for him everyday.
