prisoners in 3rd world countries arent like prisoners here, here in the united states we have murderers, rapist, gangbangers, and all your other menace to society. 90% of priosners in 3rd world countries are in there due to various degree's of theft to support their families and love ones.

I doubt the let the murderers dance.

It's a pretty good idea, having them perform. Not only does such a group activity promote social behavior, as well as raise self esteem by doing something productive with other people, but I'm sure all the people watching paid to see the performance.
In return, the inmates probably get a chance for a shorter sentence for cooperating.
