East Coast Spring Meet Tentative Location!

All interested in going, NEED TO VOTE! We've narrowed it down between VA and NC. Tough shit if you don't agree, . Date is to be determined, one thing at a time!

the biggest thing with this meet will be having someone in these areas that can plan and get permission for us to be there. No fun in driving 6hrs (more for some people) then being kicked out by the local police.

Also, my main concern about the deals gap is what else is there to do? What if it rains (like this past spring).

I'll vote once more info is avaliable, right now the locations aren't very precise anyway.

also I just read the other thread saying there would be a cruise from Williamsburg to VA beach, I think that would cause more of a headache.

At the 06 spring meet, we had people arriving late and we weren't there because we had already went to zipcreature's house for the bbq. We need to stay in a location, where everyone can meet.

Don't get me wrong, a cruise sounds good, but it would have to be later in the day/night once we knew everyone that was gonna show was there (or had plenty of time to show).

i do agree with the meet being held in one spot for at least two to three hours after the start time. to allow for people coming from far away to get there. or if something happened. etc.
