New camera, took a few new pics of the civic (sorry 56k)

    New camera, took a few new pics of the civic (sorry 56k)

    Just got a new digi cam tonight so we went out and did a photo shoot of the civic. It's FINALLY dropped, on Tein Basics. We also took pics of Chris's new car.
    We'll update with day pics later.





    Chris's new car:







    It's an '06 Impreza WRX wagon, world rally blue with black and grey cloth interior. No mods done to it, Chris just picked it up last Thursday. I know he doesn't want to do anything to it yet(yet being the key word), because it only has under 750 miles.

    Again, sorry about the crappy looking pics, kinda took them fast and I'm still playing around with the camera. Hopefully gonna take more pics this weekend.

      Dude that one is definitely blue. The pics aren't so bad that you can't obviously see that.

        Did you end up raising the back yet? I'd re-hit the suspension bolts this weekend. My strut bolts ended up being loose about 4 months after I put mine in to begin with.

        What type of camera did he end up getting?

            We raised it sunday, and i checked some of the bolts yesterday. Jen actually got the camera, it's a Nikon CoolPix L3, still have to learn more about it tho

            I might get the AP, but not yet, it's plenty fast for now. I'll never remove the cats, i don't want my car smelling terrible and i like having a full warranty

              lol on the pwned comment...yea I totally was. Let's just say I was sitting on the ground using my knee as a prop. And then Chris decided he wanted to take a pic and told me to stay sitting so he could use my head as a prop....lol.

                Meh, warranty. You'll never use it. I just pulled all the cats off of mine last weekend. If you're worried about smells just get a downpipe with a single metallic-substrate cat. At least you don't have to worry about removing the pre-turbo cat.

                At any rate, grab some sway bars and the AP. Good first set of upgrades.

                Trust me...its never fast enough I guess for me, beyond a tune and larger intercooler the next upgrade path is really a larger turbo. Don't want to go there ....yet

                    You guys really need separate names, sometimes I have to read the post twice to figure out who it is.

                    My stool down in my cellar is actually the perfect tripod for night pictures, if you want to take some more, let me know and I'll let you borrow it.

                        Best part about a WRX wagon....all the speed of the sedan but you're invisible to cops. Besides, the trunk of the sedan is TINY.
