does anyone know what size belt to put on the h22 with the power steering pump removed? my car came with no power steering and it would be to much work to put all the components back in, so i figure i might as well clean up the engine bay some more

You may want to run a search - I've seen this covered before.
BTW, can you clarify what you mean by not having any power steering?
* No p/s pump came w/ h22?
* No p/s pump on with the car before the h22?
* ???
Whatever the case, the stock belt for the bb4/6 (prelude) h22 should work just fine as long as you retain (of course) the stock p/s bracket and bb4/6 crank pulley (5 ribs if I recall correctly).
As for a cb7 p/s pump and bracket on the h22 (my setup), I used a custom belt that I picked up from kragen/autozone/pep boys. It's about an inch and half (+/-) longer than the stock f22 p/s belt.
