    Blackworks Lower Control Arms

Just thought I let you guys know blackworks now has rear lower control arms for the cb7 was just on their site and saw them. I don't know how long they been out for. I also found them on eBay for a lil cheaper some of you may say its pointless but its a good thing to support aftermarket for our chassis. Enjoy here is a link to their site

As both of these look pretty straight, won`t you have trouble clearing the exhaust?? F&F`s look like stock, one straight, and one curved/bent to clear the pipe. Heard Megan Racing LCA`s are the same way, straight. They only work if stock height or mildly low. Don`t quote me on that....I have F&F F2 LCA`s, yet to be installed.

What's the point? Do they allow adjustments? Are they stronger than the OEM pieces?
I'm with oneoffaccord on this one... I see no point. And it's not like anyone is going to be crawling around under your car to see and admire such things.

Plus, after all the crap I've heard about Blackworks coilovers, I don't expect anything else they make to be terribly good...

Deev i have Blackworks coilovers on my civic for over a year and have no problems at all. (off topic)

Megan Racing lcas are a better buy. F/F and FatFourCustoms(eccentric compared to Megan Racing) also are a waste.

I have the www.fatfourcustoms.com (FFC) rear lower control arms on my black cb7.

I had the F&F rear lca's but they didnt impress me. The FFC are solid and are still lighter than the oem lca's.

                    FFC

                    F&F

                    Comparison...

F&F around the exhaust (Greddy SP2 Catback)

FFC around the exhaust (wish i would have taken a better pic)

Even clears the Progress rear sway bar...largest on the market for our cars at 22mm

                    Complete install.

I sold the F&F quickly after receiving the FFC and seeing the difference in quality.

Adjustment on the rear lower CONTROL arms is un-needed.

The adjustment on the rear arms is on the toe arm only.

As pointless as they are, I'd get some once my project car reached its finishing stages. Or even in the mean time. Oil caps, shift knobs, these 'clean' chassis parts... I see nothing wrong with putting effort into the details when you're going for a complete build.

What annoy me are people that supposedly "intend" on doing real upgrades, but instead waste their money on this kind of stuff because it's cheap and can be bought right now.

I agree that is more of a finishing touch than an upgrade. I will probably get a pair in the spring since im all set with my suspension.

Those are the only adjustable toe arms made for our cars ( to my knowledge ).

My originals were seized and could not be adjusted. I had to cut the bolt off to get them out. I used to have the lca's from Megan as well but they just seemed too small and the adjustment was pointless on them.

Edit: I'm not saying one brand is better than the other. Just giving my thoughts and showing people what the other options that are available for our cars.
